1. What types of training do you offer?
   - We offer a variety of training programs, including strength training, hybrid workouts, group classes, and personal training sessions.

2. Can I bring my child to any classes?
- Yes! Kids are welcome at our facility as we have a dedicated kids area. Prams are also welcome. We just ask parents to attend to their children if they need comfort or assistance. For the safety of everyone, kids are not permitted on any equipment.

3. Do I need to be experienced to join?
   - Not at all! Our programs cater to all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced athletes. We adjust workouts to meet your individual needs.

4. What are your operating hours?
   - Our facilities opening hours vary day to day. Check our schedule for our current up to date opening hours.

5. What should I bring to my training sessions?
   - Please bring comfortable workout attire, water, a sweat towel and any medication you need (eg. asthma puffer)

6. What membership options are available?
   - We offer various membership options, including 6 and 12 month contracts, check out our membership pages for our current offers.


7. Is there a cancellation policy?
   - Yes, we have a cancellation policy. In accordance to your contract and its minimum term, all our memberships are ongoing after your minimum term with a 30 day cancelation period.

8. Do you offer trials or introductory classes?
   - Absolutely! We offer a free trial class for newcomers to experience our training environment and programs. Contact us to register for your free first class.

9. Can I work with a trainer one-on-one?
    - Yes! We offer personalised training sessions where you can work closely with a trainer to focus on your specific goals. Please contact us to speak to a dedicated trainer and book your sessions.
